- I see a window trying to "popup" on my browser. Do 'pop-up blockers' affect the SmartRoom documents?
The PDF files in the Document Index appear on your screen by means of a popup window, so they can be prevented from appearing if you have a pop-up blocker installed on your system. Windows XP SP 2 has its popup blocker turned on by default. To view the popup windows from this site, you must click on the ‘always allow pop-ups from this site’ option on the popup blocker bar for the PDF window to open.
